We offer worldwide shipping and use only tracked and signed service. Upon your order being dispatched you will be provided with the tracking number; this will allow you to track the parcel on ROYAL MAIL website.

1.2. International Delivery Time
Allow up to 15 days for delivery, this does vary from country to country. (Further delays are expected due to COVID19)
1.3. UK & Mainland Postage
We use Royal Mail tracked delivery service. We aim for your Parcel to be with you within 3 to 5 working days (Excluding, Weekends, Bank Holidays and Public Holidays) Royal Mail will be in touch VIA SMS (Text message) or email to keep you updated
If you require specific “Next Day Delivery” this can be arranged by contacting us at [email protected] . Weekend delivery can be arranged at an extra cost.

2.1. Please note Colours may slightly vary due to the nature of photography, if in doubt please get in touch at [email protected] to clarify.
2.2. Each item varies in size & style, you should refer to measurements of the product before placing the order. Please ensure you order the correct sizes as disputes may not be upheld.
3. Refunds & Exchanges Policy
3.1. We have a strict No Refunds and No Returns policy.
3.2. All goods are thoroughly checked before dispatched.
3.3. Please get in touch within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. if there is an issue with your item.
3.4. If you wish to return the item you can do so, however you will need to pay for postage.
3.5. If item is agreed to be sent back, kindly send the parcel back within 48 hours using tracked service. Please return the item unworn, in original packing with tags.
3.6. If a faulty item has been received, please respond within 24 hours so we can agree a resolution.
